10 Year Warranty

We will honour the work that we do for a period of 10 years from the date of installation. This warranty replacement includes damaged materials and components that fail prematurely and any damage that occurs from our end, which could relate to the construction, or the installation of your kitchen/custom joinery work.

What our warranty does not cover:

• Damage that arises from manufacturer faults (These are covered by the manufacturer)
• Damage that is caused from misuse or water damage
• Damage that is intentional damage or damage from other parties e.g. Other trades people

We were one of the first companies to offer the 10 year warranty in the Waikato back in the 1980's. Now you will find it is fairly standard amongst joinery factories and those alike. Non the less, we hope this provides you with piece of mind when deciding to purchase with us knowing that anything is built wrong which appears later down the track, is covered by us.
